$15.99

This spiral-ruled notebook is made for movement-minded therapists and students who track progress, plan treatments, and celebrate small wins. The front cover carries uplifting, hand-lettered text and subtle rehab imagery — dumbbells, a stability ball, and encouraging sticky tabs — that make this journal feel like a clinical companion. Inside, smooth 90gsm ruled pages give pen and pencil a reliable glide for notes, session plans, and patient observations. A metal spiral binding lets the book lie flat or fold back for quick reference during evaluations. The inner back pocket keeps referral slips, printouts, or exercise sheets close at hand. Compact and sturdy, it tucks into a bag between shifts or sits on the clinic desk as a practical, hopeful place to record progress and plan next steps. Product features - 90gsm ruled interior paper for smooth writing - 118 ruled pages (59 sheets) in 6 x 8 inches size - Sturdy metal spiral binding that folds back and lies flat - 350gsm front/back covers with full-color front print and dark grey back - Inner document pocket for extra storage Care instructions - Use a soft, clean and dry cloth to gently brush any dust or dirt off from the center of book outwards.
